Moira is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor who has spent 15 years helping women over 40 get long, lean, and strong — from home, on their own schedule, without destroying their joints.


After bouncing back from a devastating hip injury that surgery, PT, and acupuncture could not fix, she discovered the Reformer and built a method around it. She has trained over 1,000 women through every stage of midlife — burnout, injury, GLP-1 recovery, empty nest, and everything in between.


She is 59 years old. Her biological age tests at 48. She knows this works because she lives it.
